Estoria Oil’s new multi-seed processing facility is a huge milestone for Cimbria and a major step forward for Poland’s food and feed sector.
As part of the Woźniak Group, Estoria Oil’s new facility will support the country’s demand for high-quality rapeseed and soya seed, all produced with a focus on efficiency, flexibility, and long-term sustainability.
This project also continues a long relationship. Estoria Oil first partnered with Cimbria more than ten years ago. Now they have returned to support the next stage of their growth. That trust matters. It reflects the performance of the original installation and the cooperation built over many years.
A Plant Designed for Flexibility
Most seed processing plants are built for a single crop. This one is different.
The new Estoria Oil facility is a multi-seed plant, capable of processing rapeseed and soya seeds within the same installation. That flexibility is a major competitive advantage in the Polish market. It allows the company to respond to seasonal supply, market prices, and customer demand without being locked into one raw material.

Thanks to Cimbria’s technology, the plant will produce 90,000 tons of oil and 130,000 tons of meal annually. This kind of scale requires reliable handling, consistent cleaning, and a facility layout that supports continuous 24/7 operation.
Cimbria’s Scope: Clean, Safe and Continuous Flow
Cimbria will deliver complete raw material handling and cleaning solutions for Estoria Oil’s new processing plant. The entire system will be the backbone of the installation, linking the existing storage facility with the new production area and keeping a clean, steady flow of material from beginning to end.
Key Cimbria equipment includes:
- Drum Scalper — removes coarse impurities before cleaning.
- Delta 159 Combi Cleaner — delivers high‑quality cleaned seed to the processing line.
- Day Hopper Silos — two high-capacity silo units for stable, short‑term storage before processing.
- Comprehensive conveying system — wide range of belt and chain conveying solutions gently transports rapeseed or soya meal to the new flat store and distributes it into the correct compartments.
- Truck loading station — moves finished meal from storage to outbound logistics.
Every part of the system is designed for long life, easy access, and safe operation, and will run around the clock, 24/7, without interruption.
Together with the customer, Cimbria also developed an installation that protects both the environment and the people working in the plant. This includes extensive aspiration systems and clear service access throughout the line.
A Partnership That Continues to Evolve
This project represents more than a decade of cooperation between Estoria Oil and Cimbria. It’s a relationship built on performance, trust and shared ambition.

The first plant more than a decade ago established the foundation: reliable equipment, stable operation, and a partnership that proved itself over time. The new multi-seed facility takes this collaboration further. It reflects how the Woźniak Group has grown, how the Polish oilseed market has changed, and how Cimbria’s technology has advanced.
Moving from a single‑seed installation to a flexible, multi‑seed operation is a significant step, and it shows the confidence Estoria Oil has in Cimbria’s ability to support a more complex, more capable production strategy.
