RGB Full-Color with integrated NIR

Standard, front and back, 2048 pixels. Colour and infrared in the same camera: no compromise between the two.

SWIR InGaAs cameras

SWIR cameras identify materials by chemical composition, detecting foreign bodies that look identical in colour.

UV Fluorescence Detection

UV cameras reveal what the eye cannot see, detecting fluorescent defects for even higher purity.

Ejection

One blast, one grain.

The ejectors work at a 5 mm pitch, 63 per channel. Each blast hits only the strip that holds the reject, with timing and duration set on the product.

Inside SEA.XE

01 – Loading	The product enters through the hopper. Level sensors keep the flow constant.
02 – Distribution	The vibrating plate spreads the product into a thin, even layer. One grain next to another, not stacked on top of each other.
03 – Drop	Every 320 mm, a chute accompanies the product, guiding its fall in a straight, controlled trajectory.
04 – Vision	As the grain flies, cameras angled to converge on the same point capture a consistent image on every pass.
05 – Decision and ejection	The software analyzes images and makes decisions in real time. The ejectors blow only on the elements to be removed.
06 – Output	Three separate outlets: accepted product, rejects, and rebounds. Nothing gets mixed.
