Dust-Free multi-outlet creates a material beam that removes almost all air and dust, resulting in minimal dust emissions.

Flatbed loading
1. Efficient loading from above
The center cone rises above the loading zone without touching it, unlike other outlets with a dust skirt.
2. Smooth, controlled discharge
Because the outlet creates a clean material beam with almost all air and dust removed, it can discharge the material in a smooth, controlled spread across the flatbed loading zone with minimal dust emissions.
3. Manual fill stop
Fill stop is not automatic. Your operators have full control over when material starts and stops.
Tanker truck loading
1. Reliable loading lower into the truck
As material flows through the center cone, it spreads across the tank, increasing the achievable filling degree.
2. Reduced peaking discharge
Spreading the material beam prevents peaking, so more of the tank volume is used before it’s full.
3. Automatic fill stop signal
A rotating sensor below the cone detects when the tank is full and signals the system to stop filling.
