We designed and delivered a complete dry PS recycling line that takes in mixed post-consumer polystyrene and turns it into clean, high quality flakes ready for reuse. Every stage is built for stable, high capacity performance, from intake to final separation, giving Plastisavio a fully integrated flow that runs at 2 tons an hour with consistent purity and low operating cost.

We engineered a fully integrated HDPE and PP sorting line for Forever Plast, built around seven Cimbria optical sorters working in sequence to separate polymers and colours with extreme precision.
Two SEA.HY units handle polymer identification using NIR and SWIR technology, while five SEA.IQ PLUS machines refine the material into distinct color streams with advanced RGBN cameras. The line runs at 3 tons per hour and delivers a complete, automated flow that transforms mixed post consumer plastics into clean, homogeneous fractions ready for high value reuse — supporting Forever Plast’s role as a leader in Italy’s circular plastics economy.
