Super CycloFan

With its engine positioned outside the airstream, this fan can handle higher process air temperatures. Its stainless-steel components ensure excellent resistance to wear from the dust flow.

The Super CycloFan offers unparalleled dust separation combined with low energy consumption. This fan achieves dust-separation efficiency above 90%, depending on dust characteristics. High efficiency can be reached with grain production thanks to a double impeller system, stainless steel cylinder, and larger separation section.

Premium Efficiency and Dust Separation

CycloFan

Cimbria’s CycloFan series provides dust separation combined with low energy consumption. The CycloFan features an impeller that combines the benefits of both centrifugal and axial fans, making them even more efficient at higher pressure resistance and delivering a higher airflow rate. This fan achieves dust-separation efficiency above 90%, depending on dust characteristics. With high rotational speed, the CycloFan achieves superior dust-separation efficiency for barley and other grains.

Dust is separated using centrifugal force in a rotating airstream created by a special impeller and guide vanes. The dust particles are thrown against the cylinder walls, separating the dust-laden air in the separation section. The polluted air is separated in the mini cyclone, and dust is discharged through an airlock valve. The air from the mini cyclone is returned to the Cyclofan’s suction side, recirculating finer dust particles to extract even more of these hard-to-catch particles.
