Expanding organic farming requires more than just land and ambition. It takes precise engineering, reliable technology, and a partner capable of delivering complete processing solutions.
This is especially true for LoginEKO. Based in Aradac, Serbia, the company is dedicated to creating sustainable solutions across the entire food system. Its mission is driven by the vision of Healthy Food for Everyone, making sustainable, traceable, organic food available at scale.
Across Serbia, LoginEKO cultivates 3,250 hectares of organically certified farmland, alongside an additional 490 dedicated to biodiversity.
As part of its continued growth, the company has begun developing a fully organic production system at its northern site in Novi Kneževac. A key early investment (and a critical foundation for achieving this vision) was the installation of a high-quality seed and grain cleaning plant, operating exclusively for mechanical processes.
To bring this ambition to life, LoginEKO partnered with Cimbria and SEEDTECH DOO, a long-standing Cimbria dealer with nearly a decade of experience in delivering and installing process plants under real field conditions.
The complex challenge of gluten-free production
Organic food production and processing, especially gluten-free products, bring unique technical challenges. Without chemical treatment, product purity and food safety must be ensured through advanced mechanical processes.
The biggest challenge is meeting strict gluten-free standards. This requires removing all gluten-containing impurities from naturally gluten-free crops, which is particularly challenging with oats. Since kernels of gluten crops (for example, wheat or rye) often share similar physical characteristics with oats, separation must be extremely precise.
“You need the most technologically advanced machines to guarantee the safety of the final product and achieve flawless oat purity. There is no room for compromise in this process, because consumer trust is our priority,” explains Miloš Maglić, Sales Manager at SEEDTECH DOO.
From first contact to final delivery
SEEDTECH led the project locally. With in-house capabilities covering steel structures, installation, automation, air systems, and service support, the company was positioned to deliver a complete turnkey solution.
Initial discussions with LoginEKO began in September 2024. After detailed consultations to fully understand the requirements, SEEDTECH developed a tailored process flow design. Once the specifications were finalized, the ordering of Cimbria equipment and the installation of the steel structure progressed at the same time, significantly accelerating the timeline.
“The whole process moved very quickly, and we are currently in the final adjustment phase ahead of the official handover. The LoginEKO team has been incredibly cooperative, and our collaboration couldn’t have been easier,” says Miloš Maglić.
The technology behind the performance
The new plant is housed in a purpose-built facility designed specifically for seed processing and big bag storage. At its core is a carefully engineered seed cleaning line, tailored to meet the strict requirements of fully mechanical organic and gluten-free production.

The system is built around the Cimbria Delta 106 selector. Known for its precise screening and efficient air separation, it enables LoginEKO to achieve premium cleaning of crops such as flax, chickpeas, peas, and sunflower (alongside oats) while preserving maximum grain integrity.
A key component in the process is the Cimbria HSR 12020 indented cylinder, which plays a decisive role in removing wheat from oats. Using accurate length-based separation, it effectively extracts gluten-containing impurities and ensures high product purity. This is further supported by the Cimbria GA210 gravity table, which removes light contaminants and enhances overall cleaning efficiency.
A centralized aspiration system, powered by the Cimbria CF 30 CycloFan, maintains stable airflow, ensures efficient dust removal, and supports a clean working environment, is essential for certified organic and gluten-free operations.
Material handling between process stages is managed through Cimbria conveying solutions, including the PBE Pendulum Bucket Elevator and GT 400 Belt Conveyor. These systems provide reliable and gentle transport throughout the plant, protecting seed integrity while maintaining operational efficiency.
Alongside its high-purity standards, the plant is designed for an input capacity of 7 t/h for oats, ensuring that premium product quality is matched by consistent, high-performance operation.
Building a long-term partnership
LoginEKO’s new seed cleaning plant marks the beginning of an ongoing collaboration. The company is already expanding its infrastructure, with plans that include raw material storage silos and a pre-cleaning unit at a second location in Aradac.
“This is not a short-term project,” concludes Miloš Maglić. “Through continued support and the addition of new equipment, LoginEKO is building a strong foundation based on proven results, paving the way for future joint ventures.”
