Born from a former alliance between Euralis Semences and Caussade Semences, the Lidea company has become one of the top ten field seeds companies at a global scale.
Con 2.000 dipendenti, 350 milioni di euro di fatturato, 8 siti produttivi in Francia, Romania, Ucraina, Spagna e Russia e 17 stazioni di ricerca in tutta Europa, Lidea lavora mais, girasole, colza, cereali a paglia, colture foraggere, soia, sorgo, legumi, possedendo 45.000 ettari di terreno in 5 paesi.
Con l’obiettivo di diventare leader in Russia e Ucraina, l’azienda ha investito in un impianto di produzione in Russia dotato della più moderna tecnologia Cimbria.
The first stage of the plant was completed in 2020. Despite the limits imposed by Covid-19, we installed the first part of the sunflower seed processing line in just two months. It includes:
- Scarico di Big Bag
- Z-Elevators for gentle seed handling
- CC 250 Seed Treater with liquid and powder dosing application
- Sistema di miscelazione e trasferimento della formulazione di fanghi
- MCC PLC SCADA Control System for slurry mixing
- Sistema di filtraggio a polvere rossa con gestione dei rifiuti
Il completamento della seconda fase è previsto per giugno 2021 e comprenderà:
- Sunflower receiving system with belt conveyors and pre-cleaner
- Large bulk storage facility and conveyor handling system
- Ear Corn conveying to sheller
- Sheller line with shellers and pre-cleaner
- Sistema di trasferimento alle grandi stazioni di insacco
- Sistema di filtraggio della polvere bianca, compresa la gestione dei rifiuti fino al cestino.
- Seed Conditioning line with Big Bag Unloading stations
- Installation of processing lines, with Fine cleaner, Sizers, Graders, Colour sorter, and sized seed big bagging
- Sistema di filtraggio della polvere bianca, compresa la gestione dei rifiuti per i sacchi grandi, ecc.
The new plant represents the next step in the client’s strategic development, beginning from the great focus in R&D, genetics and breeding technologies, up to investment in Cimbria technology to ensure optimum processing of the region’s harvests and to grow the business of farmers across Europe.
