SEA.HY
Previously known as Hypersort, the SEA.HY Optical Sorter is ideal for food sorting and the recycling industry. It excels at separating almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios and other nuts from foreign bodies and contaminants like shells, stones wood, glass and plastics using hyperspectral near-Infrared cameras. Its combination of high-resolution RGB Full-Colour with SWIR cameras deliver maximum purity and food safety; even with sorting challenging elements sized 2 to 30 mm. SEA.HY is the right choice also in the polymer recycling industry. Separating different polymers of the same colour has always been a challenge. Now, thanks to SEA.HY, all PET, PVC, PE, PP, PS, HDPE and other polymers can recycled and match to the purity standards the market requires.
