HISTORICAL BACKGROUND
In the 1970's the company T.H. Rasmussen started designing and manufacturing special loading chutes, which were the forerunners for the Moduflex loading chutes.
The first loading chutes were delivered in 1977 and are still in use...The T.H. Rasmussen company was established in 1931 and targeted the milling industry and grain storage sector.

The basic idea for the Moduflex chutes used today i.e. the modular concept, came in 1983. A year later, the company's brand name "Moduflex" was officially registered and a separate research and development department for loading chutes was set up. Once Moduflex had been successfully launched in Denmark, the product was introduced internationally.

LINE OF PRODUCTS
Cimbria Bulk Equipment A/S markets a large line of products within dustfree loading systems consisting of loading chutes, filter chutes, telescopic tubes and different special solutions. Cimbria Bulk Equipment A/S can deliver loading solutions for all types of material, for example:
Barley, calcium carbonate, cement, coal, flour, fly ash, gypsum, rice, sand, soda ash, sugar and wheat. And for all loading tasks: Ship loading, stock piling, road and rail.

At Cimbria we welcome a challenge... and with 30 years of experience, Cimbria Bulk Equipment A/S has acquired wide know-how and experience. This enables us to design and manufacture special loading chutes which meet all requirements. Today Cimbria Bulk Equipment A/S has a
product programme, covering all branches where bulk products are handled...from agriculture to industry.

UNIQUE MODULAR CONCEPT
The Moduflex loading chute has a modular construction. It is put together by standard components which are kept in stock. This makes it possible to manufacture a chute which matches the task to be solved. Furthermore, each single module can be modified and replaced quickly.

DELIVERY
The modular construction and stock-holding of standard components makes it possible to put together a standard loading chute within only 2 weeks. The larger special loading chutes can be delivered within only 6 weeks.

SALES ORGANISATION
Today all tasks are controlled from the production company in Denmark, while dealers on all Cimbria Bulk Equipment markets take care of the contact to the customers. Cimbria Bulk Equipment has dealers in more than 30 countries.

Our sales organisation is based on a flexible and competent sales organisation and especially on committed employees. The sales office in Denmark is geared for prompt and professional handling of all contacts and inquiries from customers and dealers. All manuals and brochures are translated into more than 20 languages.

Since the start Cimbria Bulk Equipment A/S has established sales offices and dealers in more than 30 countries and the number of dealers increases concurrently with the number of new markets.
