At the Cimbria test and training centres, theoretical insights are turned into valuable practical knowledge.
Our agrotechnical knowhow, based on intensive research and extensive experience, is one of the management tools in our ongoing product development and in the universe of testing, consultancy, advice and training which is part and parcel of what we call quality and safety.
In full-scale silo plants, we have installed complete seed corn cleaning and drying plants. This means that we have modern test and demonstration plants available to us where we can explain procedures, point out details and carry out tests. Realistic long-term trials which evolve over time help to ensure that the results are reliable and can be applied in practice.
Cimbria has established training centres for teaching, instruction and training of all the personnel who will subsequently work with our plants in their day-to-day work: Plant managers, plant operators and others.
At these facilities, we hold both general courses and individually designed courses, tailored to qualify personnel for operation and maintenance of plants.
The instructors we use are usually specialists from Cimbria’s own staff, but in the case of specialised subjects we also recruit external expertise.
